Field Trips

Field trips provide the children with wonderful opportunities to develop their social, emotional and cognitive skills.

We travel by walking or bus, taking along a stroller for the youngest members of the group.

The Community Centre provides music classes, kindergym and a wonderful opportunity to participate in community events.

The local library offers the children a family story time in a large group setting.

Other enriching field trips include the beach located a few blocks away, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum, the Bug Zoo and the Maritime Museum, Butchart Gardens, Miniature World and the Undersea Gardens.

A fruit and vegetable garden has been planted.
